Temporary constructions

Temporary constructions are installed in almost all cases of prosthetics during the manufacturing period of permanent removable or fixed structures. Temporary constructions are also installed for the time needed for the implant to integrate.

The purpose of temporary constructions is to provide the patient with an acceptable level of functionality and aesthetics while ensuring very fast production and low cost. Consequently, temporary constructions can include all types of prosthetics: crowns, bridges, full arches, removable, and partial removable structures. In some cases, temporary implants are used to install temporary constructions. These temporary implants are removed once the permanent implants have integrated.

In our laboratory, we produce high-tech temporary constructions, actively using 3D modeling in the process.

One of the most common situations requiring the production of temporary constructions is implantation using the Fast & Fixed technology. Within 72 hours after implant placement, it is necessary to manufacture and install a temporary full-arch construction. If this deadline is missed, the construction can be installed on the 14th day after implantation or later.

In cases where one or more teeth are removed, a temporary partial removable immediate denture can be installed immediately. Information about the cost and technology of manufacturing immediates can be found on the removable dentures. department page.
