In our dental laboratory, we offer convenient and flexible delivery conditions for our clients!
In Prague, delivery and collection of works by couriers is free of charge from Monday to Friday from 8 to 15 o’clock. This allows our clients to quickly receive finished works and send new orders without additional costs.
In the middle Czech region, free delivery is carried out once a week by agreement with a doctor, which provides flexibility and convenience for dental clinics in this region.
We understand the importance of timely delivery, so we carefully plan logistics and coordinate delivery times individually with each medic.
For other countries and regions of the Czech Republic, delivery is possible through various shipping services. Usually, works are sent using DHL services.
If special delivery conditions are required, we are open to discussing possible options. Delivery times within the Czech Republic and neighboring countries rarely exceed 2 working days.
For each completed work, we issue an invoice, payable by the 10th of the following month, which provides sufficient time for financial operations. If a work is sent via an external courier service (DHL and others), we issue a separate invoice for the delivery cost.
