Programat EP 3000 is a modern combined furnace developed by Ivoclar Vivadent for pressing and firing dental ceramic materials. It is widely used in dental laboratories for producing high-quality restorations such as crowns and bridges.
One of the key features of the Programat EP 3000 is the QTK technology, which ensures uniform heat distribution within the firing chamber. This promotes homogeneous polymerization of materials and enhances the quality of the final restorations. Additionally, the Crack Detection System (CDS) automatically detects cracks in the investment rings and reduces pressing pressure if necessary, preventing damage to restorations.
The furnace is equipped with 20 pressing programs and 30 firing programs, allowing it to be adapted to various materials and technologies. Automatic temperature calibration (ATK2) ensures precise temperature parameters in two ranges, which is particularly important when working with temperature-sensitive materials.
The ergonomic design and membrane keyboard with a monochrome display make the furnace intuitive and easy to operate. The built-in energy-saving technology reduces power consumption in standby mode by up to 40%, contributing to cost savings and environmental protection.
